you can't beat a bit of black pudding...





Scallops have to be a favourite of ours, cooked correctly they melt in your mouth and taste absolutely divine.  This dish is a starter that marries scallops, smokey chorizo, and a slice of black pudding to create a dish that is delicious.  We use this as a starter and serve it with fresh salad leaves and a gorgeous mustard vinaigrette.  It tastes as good as the photo looks!
