Twice baked Souffle



This is a recipe that we think you'd love, its a savoury souffle.  Served as a starter, the souffle is made of goats cheese and is rolled in a crushed walnuts and served on steamed leeks and a goats cheese and chive sauce.  The beauty of this dish is that you can prepare it in advance like it says in it's name you bake it again before its served, such a good idea.  That leaves more time to concentrate on the rest of your courses.
